Due to the nature of our printed products, TeamVitz VISUALS does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

We want you to receive exactly what you ordered. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

We may request photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

When TeamVitz VISUALS determines that an item was damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or resolution.
